During my internship, I used:
Honesty: I was being honest throughout my time as an intern the first week. When I encountered a problem, I immediately reported it.
Dedicated: I was being dedicated to my work throughout the first week. I was assigned to fill out an excl at my workstation, and I was focused on completing as much as I could.
The skills that I was struggling were:
Communication: Although my communication skills were alright, I still felt this was a weakness. I had to call the IBM services desk a couple of times, and in some instances I was having a hard time telling the operator what my problem was.
It's really good that you were honest during your first week, I think that's really important and a good quality to have.
